The room was a good size. We had a King Suite. It was clean and well organized. The king bed was comfortable. Everything worked well in the room (A/C, microwave, coffee maker, etc etc). Housekeeping was up to standard. The shower was powerful and hot when required. The front desk staff were very attentive, helpful, and pleasant. The breakfast was typical of a Florida hotel - not much variety, but the staff in the breakfast room made up for that with their very warm and helpful attitude. Great hotel

Everything was great. We enjoyed the pool & gym. We got to experience the Friday evening on the plantation walk and saw what the vendor had on displayed. We also enjoyed the Halloween activities. Room comfortable, staff at front desk very accommodating. Starbucks to die for. The bathroom water was just so refreshing. Look forward to our trip in the very near future. Cigar bar on the corner was also a great touch.

We received fantastic service all around from the wonderful team at the Sheraton.........from our check-in to our departure............Monica made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, Caroline, Franklin looking after our car parking, Bob F&B manager/Chef and his team // Rick, Erika, Jasmin, Kay, including Tom the hotel GM. There are lots of restaurants, shops/services in the immediate vicinity.

The stay was fine the only concern was that there was mold in the breakfast pastry they had which was crazy. The bathroom shower had mold in it. The pictures online and what you see in person is misleading. They need updated pictures. The sliding door for the bedroom didn’t work either. Overall, the stay was ok but I wouldn’t return, the only good thing is the stay was great.

Clean room with everything read and no need to call for any assistance. Beautiful property, easy parking, Very clean dining areas and lobby. The front desk receptionist ( Carissa, I believe) was super friendly and helped me with some charges that I thought were extra, all the front desk employees are amazing.
